Then life took a few unexpected turns, and after years of working in marketing (starting at $13/hour, getting promoted all the way to Marketing Director, and eventually burning out), I realized I wanted something different. I wanted freedom. I wanted work I genuinely loved. And I wanted to become exceptionally good at one thing.

So I quit my corporate job with no backup plan, invested the last money I had into building my business, and never looked back.

Today, I’ve managed millions in ad spend, helped generate millions in revenue for e-commerce brands, and worked with businesses featured in Vogue, Forbes, HELLO Canada, Vanity Fair, and more. But the thing I’m proudest of isn’t the numbers.

It’s that I genuinely care about the businesses I work with.

I’m endlessly fascinated by consumer psychology, buying behaviour, creative testing, and finding the tiny patterns inside ad accounts that most people overlook. I could happily spend hours inside Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads looking for opportunities to squeeze out another 20% in performance. (Yes… I’m that person.)

My clients don’t hire me because I’m another agency.

They hire me because they want someone who’s actually in the account every day, who treats their budget like it’s their own, and who isn’t afraid to tell them what needs to change—even when it isn’t the ads.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me travelling somewhere warm, walking through nature with a coffee, singing (old habits die hard), or planning my next adventure. Freedom has always been my biggest motivator, and building ASM Creatives gave me exactly that.

If there’s one thing I believe, it’s this:

Your marketing should never feel like guessing.
